How do I update my personal details?

Your personal information can be updated from the main profile tab.

  1. Go to Profile.

  2. Stay on the Profile tab.

  3. Edit fields like Full Name, Email Address, Company, or Address.

  4. Click Update Profile.

Important: Your mobile number is displayed there, but it is not editable on that screen.

How do I change account settings?

The Account Settings tab helps you control how the app behaves for you.

  1. Go to Account Settings > Account Settings.

  2. Choose your preferred UI theme.

  3. Turn the low credit reminder on or off.

  4. Set your preferred reminder threshold.

  5. Save your changes.

How do I complete KYC?

KYC helps keep your account and sender activity compliant and properly verified.

  1. Go to Account Settings > KYC.

  2. Fill in the requested personal and business information.

  3. Upload any required documents.

  4. Click Save KYC Details.

Helpful tip: It is best to gather your ID, business information, and supporting documents before you begin, so you can complete the process in one go.

How do I change my password after signing in?

  1. Go to Account Settings > Change Password.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter a new password.

  4. Confirm the new password.

  5. Click Change Password.
